🚨 LONG POST ALERT — But Somebody Needs This Encouragement 🚨
I just helped my first-time homebuyer purchase a fully furnished home… and the journey to get there was REAL. 🏡✨
After months of searching, writing offers, and facing a few terminations, my buyer felt discouraged and decided to pause the process. And honestly? That’s normal. The market can feel overwhelming when you don’t know what to expect.
