✨ Pros:

✔️ Amenities—hello, pools, gyms, and security!
✔️ More affordable entry into homeownership vs. single-family homes.

⚠️ Cons:

🏡 Happy Belated Closing Day!!!! I am thankful to have a successful closing yesterday with my most amazing buyers and the most fantastic team of support.

👉 Just a friendly reminder to anyone in the future selling their home, please make sure if you have an attic or crawl space that you never entered before, be sure to make sure it is open before any and all inspections. You don't want to cause any delay or headache from having to reorder any inspections, including appraisals.
