This was one of the funnest projects I have done in a long time. Although challenging the man living in the house stayed during the entire process and he was a champ. We worked around him, respected his space and time and got the job done. We were called two days before we started the sale of his belongings and we ended it cleaned out the house staged it and got it ready for market in less than five days.
