There will be an auction of 4 units on Monday, July 15, 2024 from 6PM-7PM at Moorhead Central Storage, 1700 25th St S, Moorhead, MN.

Please note: We do not know the contents of each unit, or their condition of the contents until they are unlocked at 6PM. Unit sizes up for auction: 1 - 10x20, 1 - 10x25, 1 - 10x15, and 1 - 5x10.

1. This is a sealed bid auction and Moorhead Central Storage reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
2. Units will be open for outside viewing only from 6 PM – 7 PM. You are not allowed to enter the unit.
3. If you place a bid, it is for the entirety of the unit. No individual items will be sold separately.
4. You may submit your bid anytime between 6 PM and 7 PM, July 15, 2024.
5. If yours is the winning bid, payment will be required in order for you to be granted 48-hour access with a temporary code to the security gate to remove ALL the contents of the unit. No items are to be left behind. Be prepared to dispose of any items you do not want elsewhere as we do not have a dumpster on the property.
6. Items MUST be removed by 7PM, Thursday, July 18, 2024. If you require more time to remove the contents of the unit, renting the unit is an option.
7. Cash, Cashier’s Check or Money Order is accepted. No personal checks, credit or debit cards.
8. Winning bids will be contacted by 8 PM, July 15, 2024.

Sale of the entire contents of the storage units will be to the highest bidder via sealed bid. Owner reserves the right to reject bids.

We own a couple businesses in Moorhead and Hawley and are looking for 1 to 2 people to work at least through the end of the summer approximately 40 hours/week on various projects that include, but aren't limited to roofing, carpentry, general maintenance and repairs, cabinet installation, flooring, landscaping, drywall, painting, etc. You would work as an independent contractor and compensation is dependent on experience with the opportunity to earn more as skill and dependability are demonstrated. Looking to hire immediately.

You would be working along side one of the owners on a daily basis.
