Congrats to my sweet seller client on closing her mountain home. We had a shared love for home grown canned food, so she got some Dugger Farm stewed tomatoes and Bread and Butter pickles. My buyers don’t like pictures but they got some lilacs for their new home! 2021 was a special year in real estate. Despite all the challenges facing the world of construction I was blessed to be able to help 45 families find a new home. I am thrilled for what 2022 holds, but am really excited to see those that trusted me in this journey get moved into their new homes. I would sincerely like to thank every family for allowing me to be part of this process. I also want to thank Gary San Soucie and New Home Star for all of the wonderful opportunities and training along with my local team Sam Seiver, Taylor Lybarger, Steve Hammond, Ronnie Edge, Laura Wolfer Rogers, and Michael Davis.
