This morning was so special and I still feel ooey gooey lovey dovey about it. I’ve been honored to be a part of some super special moments in Lauren & Meirs’ life, and this morning as we did our final walk thru and the neighbors wandered out to say goodbyes to the sellers and welcome their new neighbors, I stood back and took in another momentous occasion. And oh boy am I lucky. Lucky to have people like Lauren & Meirs who trusted me with the details of such an important purchase. Lucky to watch new friendships being formed. Lucky to watch a family lovingly say goodbye to the memories made in this home. And I’ll be lucky to watch the new memories made here by Lauren & Meirs. What a gift to see it unfold and bear witness to it all 🤍

Alex came to me looking for a project - and he found a good one! He could see past layers of grime and old carpet and chipped paint and see what this house once was and what it could be again. I can’t wait to watch him breathe new life into this 1907 cottage; he will make it shine ✨

Emily & Dakota. My OG’s 🥹 They were my very first clients when I was newly licensed last winter. I still remember meeting them for coffee that first time, me so wet behind the ears and them excited to start their new adventure in Duluth. They were looking for something special, were so patient while waiting for it and boy was it worth the wait - this special home is ready for them to live their stories in it 🏠 I will never be able to thank them enough for the trust they put in me and I can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings for them 🤍

I met Caitlin & Chris at an open house this summer, and when they called me a couple months later ready to officially dive into the home search I was thrilled to be the one to help them. We were stoked to be able to move on a cutie bungalow that came back on the market and they were such a sweet couple to work with every step of the way. Yesterday they officially became home owners for the very first time, and I’m so excited to see them put their mark on this space. Congratulations Caitlin & Chris, you kind, wonderful people!

It's officially October which means all your social media feeds are about to be inundated with the annual Anne of Green Gables quote - "I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers" and while that definitely resonates with me, I thought I would lead you to one of Anne's quotes has deeply influenced me:

If you've visited my website or seen my business cards, you may have seen this quote by the fictional (albeit very real to me!) Anne Shirley at the forefront. When I decided to venture into this real estate gig, it was so important to me that my business reflected the very heart of who I am and the things that I value about finding a home for others. My relationship with Anne Shirley began when I was little and has never wavered over the years - L.M. The very first clients I’ve worked with from beginning to end (except not really the end because now we’re friends!) closed on their very first home today. I don’t believe it was an accident that we ended up working together - we’ve been kindred spirits from the start. What a gift to be able to walk through this process with them and send them off to make memories in their new home! Congratulations Ethan & Maggie, you beautiful humans!
