🏡✨Back in March of 2025, After a great conversation, the original plan was to list her home right away.

But once we sat down and reviewed the numbers after closing costs, timing, and market conditions… she realized the outcome just wasn’t where she wanted it to be yet.

So instead of rushing to sell just for the sake of selling, we pivoted 👏

Since I also help clients with leasing, we explored a different strategy:
✨ lease the property for a year
✨ allow more time for equity and market movement
✨ revisit the numbers later

After reviewing applications, she selected a wonderful tenant who took incredible care of the home throughout the lease 🙌

Fast forward one year… we ran the numbers again, and the difference was HUGE. This time, she was able to move forward with confidence and achieve a much stronger financial outcome for her next chapter 🤍

Once we officially hit the market, the home received SIX offers 🎉

But honestly, my favorite part? This became a true full-circle moment. I not only had the privilege of helping the owner lease and later sell her home, but I also got to help the tenant purchase a home locally 🔑🏡

THIS is why I always say real estate is not one-size-fits-all.

Sometimes the best move is selling immediately. Sometimes it’s waiting. Sometimes it’s using a property strategically for a season first.
