If you ever are thinking about stopping by an open house, here is what you can expect! 🤗👇
1. You will get to walk through the home at your own pace! No rush or anyone watching your every move! You get to take the moment to take it in!
2. This is your chance to open cabinets, check out the layout, and picture yourself living there!
3. An agent will be there for you to ask any and all questions about the home, neighborhood, updates, & pricing. No question is ever too much! Ask away! 🤗
4. Take notes & photos so you can remember what you liked and didn’t like!
5. Don’t worry if you are “just looking.” Open houses are great for learning what is available and what features matter most to you!
TIP: pay attention to the things beyond the pretty staging! How is the storage? Natural lighting? How will the home flow support your everyday life?
