Good evening to all,
Duncan Heights Apartments (DHA) has been in our county and community since 1983 to now. DHA is older than myself, and still encourages having an actual planner. Myself and a few others are in the planning stage of a huge event in October.
Greenlee County has always had a false narrative regarding our communities, that is, we need autonomy; other areas are not knowledgeable of our rules. Duncan Heights is a property that was part of a donated land deal. We need accessibility and unity.

Now, this event is solely based on 1 Community and 1 County. Promote unity in our lives.
The event theme might be a meet-and-greet/ potluck held at DHA clubhouse. Giving our community, community leaders, and county leaders a space that promotes freedom.

Here are some end of month announcements.

For the September B-day Bash and other events, the Game Room is open to use again. I hope that means we can get more tenants to start being a part of our events we have scheduled.

Also, we are no longer purchasing water bottles to have at the clubhouse for anyone. We now have Sparkletts water delivered to us once a month. The water dispenser is by the main office door in the hallway. Little things to start bringing down costs in areas where it’s an expense not needed, so we can use the expenses for the big areas.

Remember all the office is closed on Monday for the holiday. I will see you all back on Tuesday, September 2nd. On Tuesday is also when we will also get a large book donation from the Duncan Library. Have a good weekend and stay safe.
