Crying, laughing, smiling and just doing the most because I’M OFFICIALLY A HOMEOWNER!!! 🥹🗝️🏡✨

And I did this alongside two of my absolute closest friends. One was my mortgage broker and the other my co-agent. Were there hurdles? Sure. But we tackled every hurdle with a prayer and a plan! We held the vision. And today? We closed!

Shoutout to my parents (all of em!) for every prayer, ounce of support, and moment guidance on this journey.
To my lender, of Dynasty Lending Group, for making this process SOOOO DAMN SMOOTH! Like, I gotta come back and do a post on the lending process alone it was just that great of an experience.

And to my co-agent, for hunting and touring every house right alongside me from Red Oak to Irving and back again. We got them terms right! Yes we did!

Now excuse, I have to go do cartwheels in my new kitchen 💁🏽‍♀️

REPRESENTATION MATTERS! The agent on the sign represents the landlord/seller. And no matter how much they like you, their first duty is to the person who hired them.

So hire a realtor and stop having conversations with yourself on the listing agents voicemail.
