Should I invest in real estate?
In these times of a volatile stock market, people are starting ask about investing in real estate. If you have seen your portfolio get smaller you may be one of these people. I am not an investment guru, so taking stock tips from me is not anything even I would do. I do however, know about owning rental property. I manage over 350 rental properties for different people around the country and world. I have owners who live down the street, in other states and over seas. They range from investors who own multiple properties to people who have been transferred and can’t sell their home. I have owners who are the perfect business model for investing and those who should not be landlords. One thing I can do is tell you whether you are a good candidate for investing.
So, should you buy real estate? What is your situation?
