Buying a home in this post-covid housing market... to say it's been difficult would be an understatement. After losing multiple bids (up against 10-35 people at times) we started to believe, maybe this just wasn't the time to move. Our realtor encouraged us to think outside of the box. After researching and meeting with multiple builders we hit a dead-end. Their reputations were terrible. Lawsuits left and right, homes taking as long as 2 years to build, adviced by the local neighbors to NOT move there...the nightmare continued! Then my wife found a beautiful neighborhood in Dundee. New builds with the basement already poured(this saves you a lot of time) so we setup a meeting with their Sales Manager Darlene. She was the epitome of an absolute professional. She knew her business in and out, A through Z, and was extremely personable. Long story short Darlene made our experience wonderful! She kept us 100% informed with clarity and candor. Soave delivered and didn't disappoint. Darlene went above and beyond to make sure we made our targeted move in, even with the world being behind on shipments! I couldn't believe it. Thank you Darlene. You are a GREAT at what you do, and our family couldn't thank you enough!! I highly recommend Soave Homes. Our house is gorgeous!

Soave Homes was incredible to work with. The builder was more than accommodating and did everything to build us the most perfect and beautiful home! The whole process was very enjoyable, as we had amazing help from Darlene. From the first time we met her she was on a mission to ensure we got our dream home. She worked with the builder on multiple occasions and completely surpassed our exceptions and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our expectation and then some. I cannot say enough good things about Darlene, she was easy to communicate with and someone I truly trusted so much to help us along this process. She is the backbone to this company and we are so glad she was there to guide us. This company is definitely made up of a great team that you’ll want to help build your dream home!
