THE NUMBERS ON THIS FLIP
We were contacted by an Investor through a referral. The investor bought this house for $75,000 we funded 90% of the purchase price. The rehab was $30,000 they wanted to borrow half. They had $23,000 to bring to the closing and were looking to borrow the rest. we funded this deal in less than a week. The profit to the investor should be approximately $30,000
