The Dunedin market continues to shift, and understanding the numbers is critical whether you’re buying or selling.

• 41 new listings
• 38 homes sold
• Median sales price: $587,500
• Median days on market: 35

🏢 Condos & Townhomes
• 36 new listings
• 32 sold
• Median sales price: $163,000

What does this mean?

For sellers, buyers have more choices than they did a year ago. Homes that are priced correctly, marketed effectively, and presented well are still selling. Those that miss the mark are often sitting longer and requiring price reductions.
