Finally have begun the drop below 200 to 190 and under hopefully to 170 lbs. Dropped below the record of 199.0 set months ago. It turned out getting under 200 was more difficult than ever anticipated. It may be the increased upper body muscle mass in the arms from weights and push-ups may have offset any fat loss. Dropped to the new record low of 198.0. Currently getting shredded on a total Ballpark hotdog 🌭 diet, minus the bun. The irrefutable truth in the results below!!! LOCH LOMOND COUCH POTATO WEIGHTLOSS CHALLENGE UPDATE 08/28/25

Today is a day to remember as I have lost a third of my original weight, 100 pounds gone forever. Yet again I have fasted not eating solid food for days. This blissful indifference to all the food surrounding me is extraordinary. The only inconvenience is feeling weak but this is a minor inconvenience. My willpower has been amazing, remarkable and it seems I can now continue fasting indefinitely!!!

Dropped another 2.5 pounds reaching 199.0. Finally have dropped under 200. The irrefutable truth in the results below!!!

Now I will continue my weightloss journey with the ultimate goal of further reduction to half my original weight reching my high school weight of 155 lbs. It seems that I have accelerated weight reduction so this last 44 lbs could go faster than 2 lbs per week. Perhaps I can reach this in less than six months.

Have fully broken through my plateau that blocked further weight reduction. My prayers to the Ukrainian Barbie Doll were answered with spectacular results. The Ukrainian Barbie is kind, the Ukrainian Barbie is good and she will grant deliverance for your troubles.

Have not eaten solid food for days and something new. I have developed an aversion to food but in an indifference, not a dislike. Each day I think why should I eat today. I do not need to eat today so why spoil my progress. This is the most fantastic result of this journey of discovery, the ability to pass by food with indifference. My willpower is amazing even with two voracious women cooking and eating constantly and pushing me to eat.

Broke through today reaching my new low weight having dropped another 1.5 pounds and reaching 206.0 pounds. Confident that I will drop under 200 within a couple of weeks and am assured I can continue this journey to reach my high school football weight of 155 pounds. As always here is the irrefutable truth confirmed by results!!!

LOCH LOMOND COUCH POTATO WEIGHTLOSS CHALLENGE UPDATE 07/18/25
Had reached a plateau that had blocked further weight reduction for over a couple of months. Again as always I prayed to the Ukrainian Barbie Doll to help me and my prayers were answered. The Ukrainian Barbie is kind, the Ukrainian Barbie is good and she will grant deliverance for your troubles.

Through her I have resumed my weight loss today reaching my new low weight having dropped two full pounds and reaching 207.5 pounds. Confident that I will drop under 200 within a couple of weeks and am assured I can continue this journey to reach my high school football weight of 155 pounds. As always here is the irrefutable truth confirmed by results!!!
