Deeply Rooted has my vote for Best of the Best & a very special place in my heart. 🤍🪬

I was already seeing Cora regularly for massages before I lost Tom. Afterward, this became a place where so much of my healing happened. Somewhere I could show up exactly as I was, even on the hardest days, and feel cared for. Somewhere where I could feel like home still existed.

Massage gave me a chance to release some of the stress I was carrying in my body. Yoga gave me space to breathe, quiet my mind, and reconnect with myself. Reiki offered stillness and comfort when words weren’t enough. The group events brought connection—a reminder that we don’t have to move through everything alone.

That care reaches beyond the studio, too. From gathering people together to providing space for individual growth, Deeply Rooted keeps showing up for the people around it.

Cora & Kayleah are the ones who introduced me to my yoga journey & I cannot wait to one day teach beside them in this magical space.

Cora & Jenna have both become my trusted massage therapists that I don’t skip on seeing or I feel it in every fiber of my being.

Body, mind, and spirit, this place has been there for me through so much. It has changed my life, and I know I’m not the only one!

Now this girl has a fabulous bakery & coffee bar downtown Fredonia, while transforming her space at the Pier into a precious ice cream shop!

This is my reminder that there are people who believe in me, stand behind me, and keep cheering me on. Life has brought a lot of loss, and some days I wonder if I’m going to make anything of it. This is one of those moments that reminds me I’m doing okay.
