🏡 HAPPY CLOSING DAY!
This one was a JOURNEY! 😂🔑
My D Street listing went under contract just a few days after hitting the market—with TWO offers!
After the first buyer decided not to move forward following inspections, I picked up the phone and called the other buyer’s agent to see if her client was still interested.
Thankfully, they were—and we were under contract again within 24 hours! 🙌🏼
Then… financing got in the way, and that deal fell through too. 😅
At this point, we could’ve thrown our hands up. But we didn’t.
And then came the plot twist…
THE ORIGINAL BUYER CAME BACK. 😳
They changed their mind, we put the pieces back together, and we FINALLY make it to the closing table! 🎉🥂
It wasn’t exactly a straight line, but persistence got us to the finish line.
This is real estate. Deals don’t always go according to plan. Inspections happen. Financing happens. Things fall apart.
The important part is having someone in your corner who keeps pushing, keeps communicating, keeps looking for solutions, and doesn’t quit.
2 offers → Contract → Inspection setback → Contract #2 → Financing setback → Full circle → CLOSING! 🔑🎉
So incredibly happy for my seller and proud that we kept pushing until we got it DONE! ❤️🏡
