Some clients challenge you.
Some push you to your limits, to your max capacity, to your breaking point…
And then there are the clients who push in other ways.
This photo is with two of our longest standing clients, Minni and Myron.
Years ago, Kate met them through a referral from an agent who “didn’t have time” for them. Together, they purchased a duplex in Scranton. What started as one transaction quickly turned into a decade-long agent-client partnership.
Since then, we’ve navigated just about everything together: client company transitions, agent transitions, marriages, babies, losses, cross-country moves, and countless real estate deals. They’ve bought and sold more than a dozen properties, built an impressive investment portfolio, and are now back in town handling a family estate with three more properties in the mix.
But their impact on our business goes far beyond buying and selling.
As their portfolio grew, so did their need for quality property management. Time after time, they’d hire management companies only to come back frustrated by poor communication, vacancies, and lackluster service.
Their question was always the same:
“Can’t you just do it for us?”🥺
Kate already managed 300 PSU students on top of selling houses. She was one person. The answer should have been no. She was already stretched thin.
But they were right. There was a need for something better.
So she did what any “reasonable” girl would do… she trained a college student to help manage their properties. Then she started helping other clients. Then more clients. And before we knew it, our property management division was born… and that former engineering college student now runs the company.
Today, that one decision has grown into a full-service property management company with an incredible team, alongside a luxury real estate brokerage serving thousands of clients who can sleep well at night knowing their investments are being cared for.
Minni and Myron definitely pushed us.
But they didn’t push us to our breaking point. They pushed us toward our calling & potential. For that, we are forever grateful ❤️
