Over a year of searching. More showings than any of us could count. Several offers that came up just short. Today, Josh and Vienna Cook got the keys to the one they were holding out for.

They'd outgrown their two-bedroom Cape Cod in Old Forge and refused to settle for the next house just to be done searching. I'm so glad they didn't.
