Currently seeking a Property Manager who can oversee day to day activities for a luxury apartment community located in Wilson, NC. The Property Manager will be responsible to ensure that the property is maintained within company policies and should be capable of multitasking, overseeing maintenance staff, scheduling vendors, and operating with-in the properties budget. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to perform other job duties. Excellent communication skills are necessary and team work is a plus!
Previous experience is not required for this position but is preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
