Yesterday I posted about selling a home. Of course, I was pleased with the sale, but I later realized that this sale was more important than a simple “Sold” posting.

I’ve known my client more than a decade, having met as neighbors and becoming best friends. I’ve always admired his positive attitude, spending time together and look forward to continuing our friendship.

What I admire most is his foresight in planning for the future, the driver for the sale of his home. Many people may contemplate their future but not many stay in the driver’s seat. He put the “pedal to the metal” and it all came together.
