🚨 NEW CONSTRUCTION DOES NOT MEAN DEFECT-FREE 🚨
They said it was fixed… 👀 Was it really?
During the initial inspection of this new construction home, several defects were identified and reported to the builder for correction.
When I returned for the re-inspection, I expected to verify that the issues had been properly repaired.
Instead, I found multiple repairs that were sloppy, poor quality, and below acceptable workmanship standards.
Unfortunately, not every repair is a good repair.
Many homebuyers assume that once a builder marks an item as “completed,” the issue has been resolved. The reality is that repairs still need to be inspected to ensure they were completed correctly, safely, and in a workmanlike manner.
