Lately a few people have asked me about selling directly to one of those cash-offer companies.
It comes up more than you’d think. And it’s always worth a real conversation.
Every home has a story. Every seller has a goal. Every situation deserves its own strategy.
The cash-buyer route offers convenience, and for some sellers that genuinely is the right fit. But in most situations I see, the strongest net result comes from the unglamorous work: thoughtful prep, strategic pricing, professional marketing, sharp negotiation, and real exposure to the open market.
Before you trade equity for convenience, understand all of your options.
