The contrast is wild…

One minute I’m a competent professional having adult conversations and getting things DONE.

The next I’m handing out snacks, cleaning up (the same) messes, looking like a bridge troll and saying:
“we do NOT point at people and shout that they look like monkeys” 😳
(yep… right to someone’s face at Costco 🙃 he was making an innocent observation not being cruel, but still)

Also locked ourselves out of the house this weekend 😂

Keeps me humble… but honestly, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
I love my family and the full, messy, beautiful life we’re building.

I could see it in their eyes before they even said anything.

Some moments in real estate stay with you.

We were standing in the backyard of what would become their new home, talking about the possibility of making an offer. I could see the excitement in their eyes — that mix of hope and possibility when you start imagining the memories that could happen in a place.

Then they asked me what I thought.

Knowing them and what they had been hoping to find, I told them honestly… this one felt right.

That moment will stay with me. Their excitement was contagious, and watching it turn into keys in hand was such a privilege.

Today’s CPR classroom: my living room.

When you’re a mom, a realtor, and a nurse… sometimes the only way to fit everything in is to get a little creative.

So today my CPR renewal happened right at home — fridge magnets and all — thanks to April Miller , who came out and made it easy.

She offers both renewals and new certifications if anyone needs one!

Between real estate, nursing, and raising a busy preschooler, staying current on lifesaving skills will always matter to me. ❤️
