Most Durango houses are a disaster of muddy boots and bike grease by June. We built our homes and townhomes knowing that.

We used flooring that can actually handle the gear and a layout that doesn't force you to hike three flights of stairs just to put your groceries away. The kitchen and the primary bedroom are on the same level, it’s a simple change that makes a huge difference in daily life.

What you might not know is that Victoria is part of the Army Reserves and has served overseas. She brings those invaluable skills from leadership to logistics straight to our jobsite every single day.
