A water leak, falling trees, propane leaks, and 5 months under contract… this one was a journey! 😂

But after all the twists and turns, it was finally a hard-fought and rewarding closing for our sellers.

We also had some incredible buyers who truly loved the property and stuck with it through every challenge along the way. Their patience and commitment helped get this one across the finish line.
