We received 2 low offers right out of the gate, but believed in the beauty of the land, our valuation of the property, and the timing.

Within 1 more week, the property was under contract at asking price, and after another few days, we had an over-asking price backup offer executed as well.

Irrigated acreage with a dedicated headgate, multiple build sites, and end-of-the road county maintained access. This one was a beauty waiting for its new owner.
