⭐After 10 showings in our first few days, we chose what felt like the best of 3 well qualified offers to work with and locked in a backup offer for that just-in-case scenario.

🔥We kept in constant contact with the backup folks and when the primary contract told us they were terminating, we hit the ground running hard with the new buyers. Both parties were so ready to go that we closed EARLIER than we would have with the original contract!
