So proud to be a part of this group! Thank you Erin for all you do for us!

We're Keller Williams Realty Southwest Associates — and we're a training company first. That's not just a tagline; it's how we run our business.

So when our Productivity Coaching ("PC") program was named one of the top 10% of PC programs in all of Keller Williams last year, it meant something. We're in the top 10% of an entire company built around coaching and education.

And that recognition is showing up in real results. Our PC team is on track to make this our best year ever, in a market where so many agents are struggling.

But the numbers only tell part of the story. Here's what our agents actually get from Productivity Coaching:

📚 Classes — structured training to build skills and confidence, not just motivation
🤝 One-on-one availability — personalized support when you need a sounding board or a plan
🗓️ Two Productivity Coaching meetings every week — consistent accountability to keep you moving forward
🎯 Free leads to get you going — so you can start building your business from day one.

This is what happens when agents get structure, accountability, and a proven system — plus a team that shows up for them.

And we believe that opportunity should be open to everyone. That's why our program offers scholarships for anyone who wants to become a Realtor®, with real support through the licensing classes.

Whether you're just starting out or ready to take your business to the next level, we'd love to help you write your next chapter.
