Huge shoutout to Kristi and her team and the sellers to have the house ready to go and a huge shout to our buyers that trusted us and our team! Everyone did above and beyond what they needed to do to get this one to closing on time!
It was quick and it always takes a team effort on both sides to make certain deals come together! At multiple times, we had to adapt and overcome and be really solution focused here!
Super grateful that it came together and for a smooth partnership to have a happy buyer and seller!
🏡 **JUST CLOSED IN PAULDEN!**
This one went under contract in just **8 days**, which I think surprised all of us a little. Paulden can sometimes be a harder sell. Rural properties come with their own set of challenges, and you never quite know how long it will take to find the right buyer.
But first, credit where credit is due.
My seller did **everything I asked him to do** to get this house ready to list. Clean this up, fix that, take care of this...
And then there were the weeds. 😂
So. Many. Weeds.
Let's just say that by the time we were done, he had probably heard enough from me about weeds to last him the rest of his life. But he did it. He trusted me, got the house ready, and **8 days later we were under contract.**
Getting under contract was the quick part. Getting to closing gave us a few more opportunities to practice our problem solving skills. 😂 We had some appraisal challenges and the usual surprises that can come along with a rural property, but we worked through them and **closed on time!**
A huge shoutout to **Jarod Townsend**, the buyers' agent. Jarod was fantastic to work with. He stayed on top of everything, communicated throughout the transaction, and was always willing to jump in and help find a solution when we needed one. Great teamwork on both sides of this one.
