It was a team effort to bring this home on the market for a remote seller in New York. Our Seller was not able to come to CO to prepare his vacation home for sale so I jumped in and dusted off my general contractor skills to get multiple bids for a large remodel of this home to get it ready to market. This involved hiring a hardworking crew of carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, cleaners, and stagers. This home had been vacant for four years so we boxed up and shipped his favorite items and made donations to local charities and friends for the remaining possessions and artwork in this pretty mountain home. I was proud of my team and the white glove service we delivered on this sale.
