Well, these stats show that everything is UP, but that is not how it feels in the trenches...Certainly inventory and days on market are way up this year (Buyer's market), but List and Sales prices have been generally adjusting down slowly all year. These particular stats are from a rolling 12 months sample, and the Durango area is further skewed by luxury pockets that are outliers in price. Don't forget - this is a healthy, long overdue, correction, and Sellers are still realizing average + profits if they have owned more than a few years.
