What has the local real estate market being doing over the last 12 months? I think you will be surprised to learn that locally, everything is UP (Inventory, prices, days on market) accross most all price brackets, and interest rates are down significantly from a year ago. It doesn't feel like it, but the data doesn't lie.

My Mother’s Day post is a day late, because in typical Mom fashion, I prioritized driving one State over to get my girl a car. The baby who made me a mom is turning 16 tomorrow 🫣 what a ride it’s been, and I’m so grateful for her. I did enjoy some actual Mother’s Day with my hetero life partner on top of the world .peak, and a little hot spring soak. It’s that time of year we begin training to bag peaks all summer. Happy belated to the bad ass moms out there who prioritize their kids in this crazy world.
