The Buyer on this purchase reached out to me about a year and a half ago and straight up warned me he was about to begin a very calculated and methodical home search.
Fast forward to this past Thanksgiving and we wrote a low enough offer on this property that it didn't even get a counter. As my Buyer resumed his search, I pinged the listing agent to get an idea of how far apart both sides were. Between Seller motivation and lower rates improving the Buyer's purchasing power, we closed the gap and the Buyer is stoked on his new home!

I... Don't know? Is it a DIY bidet? A prewash before the shower while you're taking care of business? I've never seen this before. What is it?!
(And yes, the shower also had a detachable hose)
