The house needed a LOT of work when I bought it ... new roof, new stucco, new front porch entry and sunroom, wrap around deck facing the mountains, new windows, bathroom remodels, new heating system - all of it. [My thanks to all my landlords for the commission checks so I could pay for this work!]

I've had lots of houses but never a NEW house - but I had a new barn! Heated tack room, hot water in the wash aisle and tack, automatic horse drinker, stalls, hay storage, sand footing round pen, drylot ...

My contractor started with a Morton building as the base then we started adding ... windows for all natural light, a loafing shed, full height roller door with man-door inset, dutch doors, cupola and industrial aisle fan, sink, hot water, heat - too much to list.
