This Oklahoma heat is no joke right now. 🥵 As we head into another hot week, please take care of yourself and keep an eye on the people around you.

💧 Drink plenty of water, even if you don’t feel thirsty.
🌳 Take breaks in the shade or A/C.
🐾 Don’t forget about your pets and livestock, fresh water and shade.
🚗 And NEVER leave a child or pet in a parked vehicle!

If you’re working outside, slow down and listen to your body. No job or chore is worth risking your health.
