The Property Firm, LLC is looking to hire a full time Residential Maintenence Technician. This position requires general home maintenance/handyman skills. Paid vacation time and performance bonuses offered. Competitive wages, weekends and holidays off. Must have a valid drivers license and no felonies within the last 10 years. Misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Duties include:
Plumbing (toilet repair/replacement and unclog , faucet repair/replacement, interior drain unclog, etc)

Carpentry (Deck board replacement, fascia/soffit board replacement, door frame repair, under sink board replacement, etc)

Some painting, sheet rock hole repair and other miscellaneous residential home repair items.

All vehicles, tools and equipment will be provided
