The “take it or leave it” era is over - Nationally, 44% of sellers made concessions to buyers in 2025. We are seeing the same thing locally: sellers offer repair credits, support with closing costs and more timeline flexibility.
Not all homes are performing the same. Newer construction is sitting for longer and homes with more established trees, larger lots, and updates are moving quickly.
Buyers have more options right now with inventory increasing.
