❗️Emergency maintenance services will remain available. If you experience a maintenance emergency, please contact us at 603-452-7030. In the event that a property loses power at any point during the storm, residents should contact Eversource Energy directly to report the outage and receive information on anticipated restoration times by calling 800-662-7764.
To help protect your apartment during the winter weather, we recommend the following tips:
-Keep your thermostat set to a consistent temperature above 65 degrees.
-Ensure windows and doors are fully closed and locked to prevent drafts.
-Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate around plumbing.
-Allow faucets to drip slightly during extremely cold temperatures to help prevent frozen pipes.
-Remove snow and ice carefully from balconies or entry areas, if applicable, and avoid blocking vents.
Please note that snow removal operations will continue as scheduled to help maintain safe access throughout the community. We will reopen and resume normal operations on Tuesday, November 27th.
