Tuesday morning caravan. You can look at homes online all day long, but there’s nothing like seeing and experiencing them in person. We’re one of the only offices that still caravans every week to listings in the area. Here is your February Market Update. As you'll see, inventory is still down, and the average sales price is up from last year at this time. However, the average number of days on the market has increased from this time last year. This increase in days on the market can potentially signal a slow-down in the market. So if you've been thinking about selling, now can be a really good time!
