I'd Like to take some time to show some appreciation to an awesome friend who happens to be incredibly talented. This awesome new logo was created by Izzy Hinnant with Izzy Art and Design. As all of you know, technology and graphics are not my friend... I can sell or build you a house but I can not resize an image to fit a Facebook Banner. Izzy has been able to fill that talent void for me with style! Anyway, if you need a creative genius there she is.

I received a testimonial from a past client the other day, I had a great time helping them purchase their first rental property and this is what they had to say.
