I have officially retired from real estate sales, and I am no longer affiliated with any firm. Don't worry, I do still have a real job (as opposed to a real estate one 🤣). I'm keeping my license active, however, so I can still refer anyone of you, as well as your family or friends, to a great agent in your market, so please... reach out to me and I'll make the referral. I promise to spend the referral fees on my lovely wife, my darling kids, and any grandkids I may have in the future. None will be wasted on me, I promise.

It has been a pleasure and an honor to have helped so many wonderful clients with their real estate needs over the last two decades. It has also been a pleasure and an honor to have worked with so many wonderful agents, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, builders, etc. over the years, too. I wish you all great happiness and success. 🙂

It's true, this is a great place to live, but with inventory so low and demand so high, prices continue to climb. If you have every thought about selling, now is the time. But there are pitfalls still. Contact me today, I can help.

The Raleigh/Durham area was ranked the No. 2 place in the country to live in an annual list from the U.S. News & World Report.

As the pandemic crushed the US economy last spring, sawmills shut down lumber production to brace for a housing slump. The slump never arrived and now there isn't enough lumber to feed the red-hot housing market.

The Median Home Price in Durham County in January was $278,500, outpacing the Triangle as a whole which was $275,900. The January year-over-year increase in median home price for the Triangle was +6.1%, but for Durham, it was a whopping +17.3%! The price growth over all is driven largely by a tremendous lack of inventory. For Durham, it is also boosted by the word getting out about how awesome the Bull City is! Available for sale residential inventory in Durham County, with a population well over 300,000, was below 700!! That's only a 1.5 month supply!! If you are considering selling a property, this is definitely the time to do it. Call me... I can help.
