We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to serve this family to obtain a new property.
This family came as a referral and as a match in heaven we connected very quickly and was a pleasure to work with them.
It didn't took long to find the ONE 🏡 there are those times that you just know that is the one. It never gets old and it is so exciting to see the face along with a deep breath.
Now, we go to work for 30 days and after many inspections and negotiations we got the call every agent longs for "Clear to Close" meaning we are reading to send closing package to the attorney for closing.
