Jason Francois Wallace of Community Room Rental is being sued for not returning a tenants security deposit!!

He's dodging being served, the irony (Wait until everything is all said, done and posted 🤣).

This suit is from 2023, and he's still stealing security deposits and using deceptive tactics to trick ppl into believing they are not owed their deposit.

After this tenant moved out, Community Room Rental had the pest control fees billed to them personally. They also report you to the credit bureaus out of spite even with rent assistance received from agencies and with them having rent guarantor insurance which ensures that they receive any missed payments.

Community Room Rental is using tenants information to apply for loans and credit cards. Your personal information isn't safe with them. Unethical to say the least.

Insect infestation in one of the units. Tenant has them in her bed, bedroom, saw them in the kitchen crawling everywhere.

Community Room Rental shows a lack of response and responded "I'd be upset if centipedes were in my bed too."

Defendant is the tenant whose items were stolen and space broken into by Larry Prigden

Larry Prigden is the tenant who lied under oath along with Jason Wallace

Unethical, evil and a liar. Save yourself the headache and avoid like the place like the plague.

Larry Prigden, Sharon Prigden and KJ stole a tenants camera that was only placed there due to thefts. They then broke into tenants room by forced entry and stole over $1200 worth of items. The door had to be replaced.

Jason Wallace and Julie Lee of Community Room Rental LLC & 218 N Dillard LLC then assisted another tenant Larry Prigden with filing a frivolous restraining order against the tenant who was a victim of the thefts which was then DISMISSED yesterday. Jason Wallace showed up to court to lie on Larry's behalf under oath because he believed the restraining order would help him illegally evict said tenant. He's previously been unsuccessful during 3 separate eviction trials. The last trial Community Room Rental LLC and 218 N Dillard LLc were ordered to pay tenant $3800 in damages. Stay Tuned
