What a way to start the year!! We got a 7 property portfolio under contract yesterday. We are so thankful! Can't wait to see how they turn out and all the good we get to do with them.

What is Foreclosure? It is a legal process where a mortgage company takes ownership of your home. This happens when the homeowner has missed mortgage payments, thus violating the terms of the mortgage loan.

Foreclosure can be embarrassing, stressful and have lingering effects.
