Carol Ruden, a native Iowan, has been a Realtor since August 6, 1990 in the Dubuqueland area. Her specialization includes residential, new construction, income & commercial properties. She has completed 2 years of college and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Public speaking class and a former assistant teacher. She did daycare for 22 years while raising her three lovely children. She and her husband own and manage rental properties in Dubuque & Dyersville area. For 13 years she owned her own business, All American Homes for Dubuque County. She was the top builder in the State of Iowa in 1993 & has built over 125 homes. She has built and decorated six model homes for All American Homes. Her Cape Cod has been featured on the cover of the Coporate Company brochure for the past ten years nationwide. Prior to that she built spec homes with builders in Galena Territory and spec homes in Dubuque, Iowa. Her new passion is flipping fixer uppers. Certifications
