Another SOLD story… and another reminder that HOW you prepare a home matters. 🏡✨

Congratulations to our Coachford sellers! Thank you for trusting us, our process, and our guidance from start to finish.

When we first met, the original plan was to move out and sell the home empty. Instead, we talked through why staging and thoughtful preparation matters. Statistics continue to show staged homes sell faster and for more money than vacant homes, because buyers emotionally connect to spaces they can picture themselves living in.

One of the biggest advantages for our sellers?
We fully staged the entire home as part of our services, helping buyers truly feel the warmth, function, and potential of every space without our sellers having to take on that expense themselves.

But preparation does NOT mean spending unnecessary money.

Together, we strategically decided:
✔️ Which rooms only needed touch-up paint
✔️ Which spaces truly needed full painting
✔️ To professionally clean the carpets instead of replacing them, because they still had life left in them
