Not every change in a city shows up right away.
This morning at the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS board meeting, I had the chance to meet and hear her talk about the future of housing in St. Paul.
Stable housing, affordable housing, and long-term thinking about to truly make a change.
This is the kind of work that doesn’t happen overnight… but it’s exactly what creates real momentum over time.
I left feeling optimistic about where things are heading and the steps being taken to revitalize St. Paul.
