And today’s real estate word is one every buyer needs to know:

💰 EARNEST MONEY

Think of it as your “I’m serious about buying this home” deposit. 🏡

A few quick things to remember:

🍁 Don’t hand your earnest money to your real estate agent.
🍂 It goes to the title company.
🎃 Wire transfer or cashier’s check can help keep escrow moving quickly.
⏰ In many Arizona contracts, it’s due within 3 business days after contract acceptance, unless your contract says otherwise.
⚠️ Missing that deadline can put you in breach of contract and potentially put your purchase at risk.

Basically… fall candles are relaxing. 🍎🕯️
