🐶Dogs, roaming snakes, big cats, Asian water monitor lizards, cageless venomous spider collection, so on and so forth 🐉
Please don't leave them home alone with us as we inspect your house or perform other environmental tests.

Don't get us wrong, some puppies are the cutest and we want nothing more than to snuggle and play catch, but the flip side can be much worse. ✌️❤️

Are you selling your home and the inspector is coming?
Make sure the attic and/or crawlspace accesses are accessible - aka Move your crap. .

Just kidding 🙏 I'll put it nicely...
Please, if you have any items that are blocking the access to the attic or crawlspace, we'd would indeed appreciate it greatly if you'd gingerly move said items out of the way, along with any vehicles, so that we can efficiently access them to get the full analysis. Thank you for your cooperation. ✌️

Sometimes it's obvious that you need your sewer checked out 👆 like this picture of a backed up sewer line.

Other times, which is more often than not, you can't tell.

There can be hidden sewer damage that may not be causing a problem right now but can be a problem in the future.

Tip Tuesday for if you have an inspector coming to your home you're selling -
If possible, avoid being home during the inspection. Let the buyers and inspector have the time they need without distraction or awkwardness. We understand when someone is sick or can't leave and we support them and want them to remain comfortable. But if you can leave, that'd be great 😊. Peace and love ✌️
