The Solitude, and the 4 other brand-new home designs being rolled out during the 2026 Parade of Homes, all come standard with a covered deck that is intentionally designed to offer a space for your family to connect with each other and the outdoors. This design was driven by our mission to bring families together, culminating in an expansive, connected, open concept layout. The Chef's Kitchen features a large island for gatherings and evening dinners, two bedrooms share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom, and the primary bath features an upscale wet room with a free-standing soaker tub, dual shower heads, and a generous walk-in closet. The main floor sits under 9' vaulted ceilings that add architectural distinction to the living and dining areas, and continue to the primary suite. You'll be surrounded by natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows in both the great room and the primary suite. Just off the dining room, an extended covered deck makes outdoor living effortless. You even have the option of extending the deck to your great room for outdoor entertaining.

Candlelight Homes has won the Utah Valley Parade of Homes Judges' Award for the third consecutive year. We are truly grateful to compete alongside Utah's best builders who push us to be better every year.
