Growth is taking shape on El Indio Highway.

Exciting development is happening just before Loop 480. Project Madison is moving along quickly, and we should begin seeing the roof and exterior walls going up within the next couple of weeks.

The size of this 20,000 project becomes much clearer from the air. The site is being developed with parking for approximately 250 vehicles, and according to the developer, the operation is expected to employ more than 800 people working at least two shifts.

That means more than just a new building. It means jobs, traffic, customers, and additional economic activity along an El Indio Highway corridor that continues to change before our eyes.
With Loop 480 nearby and continued residential and commercial growth in this part of Eagle Pass, it will be interesting to watch what follows.
